1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mardi Gras Blackpool ("we", "us", "our"). We operate a hotel, bar, and events venue located at 41-43 Lord Street, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY1 2BD. By accessing our website, making a booking, or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
"Guest" refers to any person who books a room, purchases tickets, or visits our venue. "Booking" refers to any reservation for accommodation, event tickets, or services. "Services" includes hotel rooms, bar services, events, and any other offerings provided by Mardi Gras Blackpool.
3. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A valid payment method is required to confirm any reservation. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. By making a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Age Restriction
Mardi Gras Blackpool is a strictly adults-only venue (18+). All guests must provide valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS-accredited proof of age card) upon check-in and may be asked at the bar. We reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation to anyone under 18 years of age, or to anyone unable to prove their age.
5. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Any applicable deposits will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Guest Conduct
We expect all guests to treat staff and other guests with respect and courtesy. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. This includes but is not limited to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, aggression, or intimidation.
7. Rooms & Accommodation
Check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available on request and is subject to additional charges. Rooms are allocated at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to move guests to alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard if necessary. Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted in any indoor area. A charge may be applied for cleaning if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room.
8. Events & Tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Mardi Gras Blackpool. Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to events. Capacity limits are strictly enforced for safety. Ticket holders must comply with any specific event terms communicated at the time of purchase.
9. Food & Beverage
Allergen information is available upon request. Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. Our bar operates under the Licensing Act 2003 and we operate a Challenge 25 policy — anyone who appears under 25 will be asked for proof of age. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person at our discretion.
10. Liability
Mardi Gras Blackpool accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles, during your stay or visit. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property by themselves or their guests, and charges will be applied accordingly. We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.
11. Website Use
This website is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on this site. You may not use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
